Human Potential Consultants is seeking a Workforce Sourcing Specialist to help identify, screen, and support talent pipelines across multiple locations and contract environments.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for contract roles across multiple states
  • Building and maintaining active talent pipelines
  • Conducting initial outreach and screening conversations
  • Reviewing qualifications and helping identify strong-fit candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and applicant movement through the hiring process
  • Supporting onboarding documentation and compliance steps
  • Monitoring vacancy status and supporting workforce stability efforts
  • Tracking recruiting activity and providing updates to leadership
  • Communicating clearly with internal team members regarding hiring needs and progress

Compensation and Engagement Structure
