What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing front-desk support and greeting visitors professionally
  • Answering and routing phone calls and general inquiries
  • Preparing, reviewing, and proofreading routine correspondence and reports
  • Entering, updating, and maintaining data in required systems
  • Supporting scheduling, calendars, and administrative deadlines
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical records
  • Assisting with office supply coordination and administrative workflow
  • Supporting training materials, forms, and internal documentation
  • Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Following established procedures in a structured office environment

Requirements

To be considered, applicants should have:

  • At least 2 years of administrative, clerical, office support, or data entry experience
    OR equivalent education, training, or related experience

  • Ability to work professionally with a wide range of people
  • Attention to detail and comfort handling records and documentation accurately
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately

Compensation for this role is based on experience and contract requirements.

Some positions may be subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA) and may include additional wage or benefit requirements depending on the contract.
