What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assessing operational gaps, risks, and process breakdowns
  • Evaluating compliance exposure and internal process weaknesses
  • Strengthening operational alignment within federal or regulated environments
  • Developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Designing operational dashboards and measurable performance indicators
  • Improving workforce systems related to accountability, hiring alignment, and retention
  • Reviewing internal workflows, communication channels, and handoff points
  • Identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and operational risk reduction
  • Building a practical 6–12 month operational improvement roadmap
  • Recommending systems and leadership structures that support long-term stability

Requirements

  • Financial literacy and comfort evaluating operational cost structures
  • Ability to operate independently in a 1099 consulting capacity
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with periodic in-person collaboration in the Dallas area

Compensation and Engagement Structure
