Human Potential Consultants is looking for a high-level operations leader to help strengthen and modernize internal operations.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a systems, structure, and execution role for someone who can assess what is broken, identify where risk exists, and help build a more stable, scalable operational foundation.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Assessing operational gaps, risks, and process breakdowns
- Evaluating compliance exposure and internal process weaknesses
- Strengthening operational alignment within federal or regulated environments
- Developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Designing operational dashboards and measurable performance indicators
- Improving workforce systems related to accountability, hiring alignment, and retention
- Reviewing internal workflows, communication channels, and handoff points
- Identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and operational risk reduction
- Building a practical 6–12 month operational improvement roadmap
- Recommending systems and leadership structures that support long-term stability

Requirements

- Financial literacy and comfort evaluating operational cost structures
- Ability to operate independently in a 1099 consulting capacity
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with periodic in-person collaboration in the Dallas area

Compensation and Engagement Structure
