What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing direct support to Assistant United States Attorneys and legal staff
- Coordinating fact witness scheduling, communication, and logistics
- Assisting with trial preparation and case file organization
- Conducting legal research and summarizing findings as requested
- Preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing case files and maintaining records in accordance with procedures
- Coordinating travel arrangements and reimbursement documentation when needed
- Communicating professionally with witnesses, court personnel, and legal teams
- Handling sensitive and personally identifiable information with discretion
- Supporting litigation workflow and deadline management

Pay and Benefits
Compensation for this role is $30–$35 per hour.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in a professional federal legal environment.
Some positions may be subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA) and may include additional wage or benefit requirements depending on the contract.
Eligible employees may also have access to additional benefits based on assignment and eligibility.
